Due to an increase in appointment volume and appointment no shows, we have implemented a 48 hour cancellation policy. 

If  you do not cancel 48 hours before your scheduled time, you will be charged a $60 missed appointment fee. If surgery is not cancelled 48 hours prior, you are subject to a $90 missed surgical fee. 

New clients will be billed, and established clients will be charged via card on file. 

If your cancellation is 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, a new appointment can be made upon availability with no charge. To cancel an appointment, please call our office phone at 704-523-8015, or email us at asknicks@nicksvet.com.
